- Online Appointment System: Integrated a system for patients to book appointments, view available slots, and get reminders.
- Doctors’ Directory: Developed a comprehensive directory with profiles of doctors, their specializations, availability, and patient reviews.
- Health Blog & Updates: Introduced a blog section for health tips, hospital news, and updates.
- Emergency Services: Highlighted emergency contact numbers and services prominently for easy access.
- Patient Portal: Incorporated a secure login portal for patients to access their medical records, bills, and other personal data.
- Feedback System: Allowed patients to provide feedback on their hospital visits, which helps in service improvement.
